Wedding Coordination | Better than “Day-of Coordination”
This package is for the couple who has the time and desire to jump in and start making planning decisions on their own, while still wanting a pro in their pocket to answer questions and offer recommendations. You’ll have unlimited email access to me as soon as you’re on my calendar—no need to wait until a few weeks before your wedding day to get started! Your freedom to ask questions and get experienced advice will ensure you’re making educated decisions without having to spend hours conducting research yourself. We will schedule meetings to discuss where you’re at in the planning process, use our nifty templates to keep all our ducks in a row, create a customized itinerary and venue floor plan for you, and will send out confirmation emails to your vendors a couple of weeks before your big day. I will be your team’s guide at your rehearsal and on your wedding day, executing set up, making sure you and your wedding party make it down the aisle, and keeping the reception events on track. I believe it is the job of a wedding coordinator to be the first vendor to arrive and the last one to leave.

In addition to having unlimited email access to me from day one, you’ll get monthly zoom consultations too, starting as soon as you book. These will be spent working through a customized wedding planning checklist, creating a budget and keeping it balanced, selecting an amazing vendor team to suit your tastes and budget, and answering your questions…big and small! One of the focal points of this package will be the design of your wedding—we’ll be diving into how we can customize your big day so that it becomes perfectly you + your babe, and we’re gonna do it with whatever budget you’ve got! Leading up to your wedding day I will make sure your vendors have all the information they need to do their jobs and make sure that everything comes together! It’s going to be a blast!
